Wellness visits are rooted in a holistic, integrative approach that blends the time-honored wisdom of acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine with modern therapeutic technologies. Every session is thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs and may include a combination of acupuncture, cupping, Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM), phototherapy, and manual bodywork.

To support your healing beyond the treatment room, personalized recommendations for supplements, herbal medicine and lifestyle practices may also be offered when appropriate.

Your initial visit begins with a thorough review of your health history, current condition, and daily habits, including questions regarding your physical health, patterns, diet, and lifestyle. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, these details help provide a deeper understanding of your unique patterns and guide a personalized approach to care.

Following your intake, we will discuss your individual needs and create a treatment approach tailored to support your goals.

Please allow up to 2 hours for your first visit. More complex cases may require the full time, while straightforward ones may be completed sooner.

Each session begins with a brief check-in to review your current condition, followed by a personalized treatment tailored to your individual needs.

For Comprehensive Care

90-minute sessions offer a more comprehensive approach to care and are ideal for addressing complex health concerns, acute or chronic pain, multiple areas of focus, or simply allowing more time to relax and unwind. If it's been a while since your last session, a 90-minute appointment also allows ample time for a more thorough treatment.

For Maintenance or Focused Work

75-minute sessions are ideal for regular, ongoing clients who are looking for more focused work or are following a maintenance plan.

48-hour Cancellation Policy:  Please note that we request at least 48 hours advanced notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment for any reason. No shows and appointments cancelled after the 48 hour cancellation window will be charged at 50%. Thank you for your understanding!

Individual Services

Please note that individual services are for return patients only. If you are a new patient, please schedule an Initial Visit.
Acupuncture for Fertility and Pregnancy Support:  $140 (60 minutes)
Cupping:  $50 (20 minutes)

Packages

5-Session Package – 75-Minute Sessions:  $900 (save $50)
5-Session Package – 90-Minute Sessions:  $1,045 (save $55)

Payment and Insurance

As of September 1, 2023, I will no longer be accepting any form of insurance. I will however provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement at your request.

HSA/FSA cards are accepted, as well as cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Payment is due at the time of service.
