Payment Policy
As of December 1, 2021, I am no longer accepting new insurance patients.
Deductibles and non-insurance payments are due at the time of service. Cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted. For existing patients only, I will continue to accept major PPO health plans including Cigna, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, and some Blue Shield plans. As of January 1, 2020, due to the Blue Shield / ASH (American Specialties Health) merge, I am only able to accept Blue Shield plans which are not processed through ASH.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that we request at least 24 hours advanced notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment for any reason. Otherwise, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
Return Policy
All herb, supplement and patch sales are final. Any eligible returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Products must be unopened, unused and in original packaging if applicable.
