Wellness visits are grounded in a holistic, integrative approach — blending the wisdom of acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine with the support of modern technology. Each session is tailored to your unique needs and may include a combination of modalities such as acupuncture, cupping, Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM), phototherapy, Tui Na, or Shiatsu. Diet, supplement, herbal, and lifestyle recommendations may also be offered to support your care beyond the treatment room.
Initial Visit
$250 (2 hours) 

Please allow up to 2 hours for your first visit. More complex cases may require the full time, while straightforward ones may be completed sooner.

Return Visits
75-Minute Session (for maintenance or focused work): $190
90-Minute Session (for complex or comprehensive care): $220

All-Inclusive Wellness Visits

​Initial Visit (2 hrs)  
​During your initial visit, we will review your health history as well as your present condition, including a thorough intake consisting of questions regarding your body, diet, and lifestyle. Some questions may at first appear to be irrelevant to your current complaint, but keep in mind that TCM is a holistic medicine, and each answer plays an integral role in helping to determine the proper diagnosis and treatment of your condition. Treatment may include acupuncture as well as other modalities such as cupping, Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM), phototherapy, Tui Na or Shiatsu. Diet, supplement, herbal and lifestyle recommendations may also be given.
90-Minute Return Visit - For Complex or Comprehensive Care
90-minute follow up visits are suitable for those with more complex concerns, acute or chronic pain, multiple areas to address, or if you simply want some extra time to relax and unwind. For those who come in less frequently, I also recommend the 90-minute session to allow ample time for care. Each session includes a brief check-in to review your current condition, followed by a customized treatment. This may involve acupuncture and additional modalities such as cupping, Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM), phototherapy, Tui Na or Shiatsu. Diet, supplement, herbal, and lifestyle recommendations may also be offered as part of your overall care.

75-Minute Return Visit - For Maintenance or Focused Work
75-minute sessions are ideal for regular, ongoing clients who are looking for more focused work or are following a maintenance plan. Each session includes a brief check-in to review your current condition, followed by a customized treatment. This may involve acupuncture and additional modalities such as cupping, Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM), phototherapy, Tui Na or Shiatsu. Diet, supplement, herbal, and lifestyle recommendations may also be offered as part of your overall care.

Acupuncture for Fertility and Pregnancy Support (60 min) 
These sessions are focused on fertility and supporting pregnant mamas. Visits also include bodywork and cupping when appropriate and as time allows.
FSM (60 min, 90 min)

Payment and Insurance

As of September 1, 2023, I will no longer be accepting any form of insurance. I will however provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement at your request.

HSA/FSA cards are accepted, as well as cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Payment is due at the time of service.
